Sometimes you may experience buffering due to insufficient bandwidth, or because your internet service provider throttles your speed.
1. Turn off any VPN or proxy service you may be using.
2. Some internet and VPN providers apply extra security or firewall settings that can interfere with streaming. Check if your provider is listed here and follow their instructions to disable those settings.
3. Unplug your internet router and streaming device from their power outlets. Wait 5 minutes, then plug them back in and wait for them to fully restart before trying again.
4. If the buffering still persists, please contact us and include the following information:
- Does the buffering happen on all of your devices, or only on one specific device?
- Which streaming device do you have, exactly? Please include the full model name — for example, 'Amazon Fire Stick 4K Max' rather than just 'Firestick'.
- Does the buffering happen while watching Live TV, On-Demand content (movies/shows you select to watch anytime), or both?
- For the content type(s) you selected above, does the buffering happen with everything you watch, or only with certain channels, shows, or movies?
- Are you using a VPN or proxy service (a tool that changes your internet connection's location)? If yes, please tell us which one — for example, Surfshark, Cyberghost, or a VPN built into your router.
