Sometimes you may experience buffering due to insufficient bandwidth, or because your internet service provider throttles your speed.
- Turn off your VPN if you're using one.
- Disable advanced security settings on your router or VPN. View instructions by provider
- Unplug both your internet router and streaming device from their power outlets. Wait 5 minutes before plugging them back in. Plug both devices back in and wait for them to fully restart before trying again.
- If the buffering still persist, contact us with all the following information:
- Are you using a VPN? If yes, what VPN?
- Is the buffering happening when watching Live TV, VOD or both?
- Is the buffering happening on all content or a specific content?
